Important Notice: Protecting Your Online Security
We would like to bring to your attention an important matter regarding your online security. It has come to our attention that some of our customers have reported receiving phishing and scam emails that appear to be from ANYLOAD but are, in fact, fraudulent attempts to compromise your personal information.
Recognizing Phishing and Scam Emails
These deceptive emails typically contain links to what seem to be invoices or requests to sign documents. We urge you to exercise caution and follow these steps to identify phishing and scam emails:
- Check the Sender’s Email Address: Always verify the sender’s email address. Genuine ANYLOAD emails will always come from a “@anyload.com” email domain. Be cautious if the sender’s email address appears suspicious or unfamiliar.
- Be Skeptical of Unsolicited Links: Avoid clicking on links in emails, especially if you did not expect to receive the email or if it appears suspicious. Genuine ANYLOAD emails will not contain unsolicited links to invoices or documents.
- We Do Not Have an Online Billing System: ANYLOAD does not operate an online billing system. Be cautious of any email claiming to provide online invoices or billing services on our behalf.
- Contact Us Directly: If you receive an email that you believe may be a scam or phishing attempt, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. Our customer support team will be happy to assist you in verifying the legitimacy of the email.
